Once the Proposal and Purchase Order have been completed, the vehicle Planning and Production phase is then passed. Once completed, they undergo Quality and Acceptance Tests. That said, they will be available for delivery to the customer.<\/p>\n

All Jacinto products include training certified by Dgert when purchased. We also highlight the possibility of Jacinto providing certified operation and maintenance training, according to the needs felt by the customer.<\/p>\n

When it comes to Assistance, Jacinto provides you with a wide list of services:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Assistance in the company<\/em>
Contact will be after the sale, the visit will be scheduled according to the severity and availability of the plan.<\/p>\n

\u2013 24-hour information assistance<\/em>
Contact can be established via our telephone, email, social networks and website.
At this point, a diagnosis of the situation will be carried out, as well as the procedures to be taken in response to the incident.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Mobile Assistance<\/em>
Once this type of assistance is requested, we will provide a mobile van, with two professionals capable of carrying out the service.
This service will have some additional costs:
