AFTER SALES

Jacinto Assistance

Once the Proposal and Purchase Order processes have been completed, the vehicle Planning and Production phase is then passed. Once completed, they are subject to Quality and Acceptance Tests. That said, they will be available for delivery to the customer.

All Jacinto products include training certified by Dgert when purchased. We also highlight the possibility of Jacinto providing certified operation and maintenance training, according to the needs felt by the customer.

When it comes to Assistance, Jacinto provides you with a wide list of services:

– Assistance in the company
Contact will be after the sale, the visit will be scheduled according to the severity and availability of the plan.

– 24-hour information assistance
Contact can be established via our telephone, email, social networks and website.
At this point, a diagnosis of the situation will be carried out, as well as the procedures to be taken in response to the incident.

– Mobile Assistance
Once this type of assistance is requested, we will provide a mobile van, with two professionals capable of carrying out the service.
This service will have some additional costs:
• displacement 
• labor 
• consumables
